MSA Conference Travel Grants

Every three years in lieu of our Research Grants (see above), the MSA will instead offer MSA Conference Travel Grants to support attendance at our triennial conference by early career researchers. The next round of these will coincide with the Molluscs 2024 conference, and are due on the 1st of August 2024.

The MSA will occasionally offer travel grants to other conferences. Details of these opportunities will be listed here, and MSA Members will be notified via email.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must be current financial members of the MSA.

CONDITIONS

Funds must ONLY be used for conference registration, travel to and from the conference venue, and/or conference accommodation. If unforseen circumstances prevent the awardee from attending the conference, any refunded costs and unspent funds must be returned to the MSA.

TO APPLY

Please follow instructions in the conference website (https://www.molluscs2024.com.au/travel-grants/). Successful applicants will be expected to give an oral presentation at the conference, and provision of an abstract via the registration portal forms part of the required application documentation.
